My work connects supply chain operations with the needs of merchant payment ecosystems, helping improve reliability, reporting visibility, and operational performance.

  • Support device deployment, inventory management, and transaction enablement across global merchant environments and vendor networks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and third-party providers to analyze merchant POS device supply chain issues and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate forecasting, technical requirements, and procurement across finance, sales, and product teams.
  • Managed a cross-departmental initiative to integrate supply chain data into a Snowflake-powered client portal, enabling self-service reporting and reducing team workload by approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Improved hardware replacement and repair workflows with OEM partners, supporting repair SLA performance exceeding 99%.
